Charlie volunteered to let me photograph him for part of my #alternatives project, looking at people who live a life not considered mainstream. Charlie is a musician and spends a lot of time focusing on this passion, these photos were actually taken on the way to an open mic night at the Railway Inn, Winchester. I originally met him when I was at the pub for another shoot and he and another performer asked if there was any chance I could take a few photos, it was the first time I’d done a gig of this kind and I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I had a great time. So thanks for that opportunity too.
